Shih-Shan Henry Tsai, Perpetual Happiness: The Ming Emperor Yongle

Shih-Shan Henry Tsai is Professor of History and Chairman of Asian Studies at the University of Arkansas. His research focuses on eunuchs in the Ming Dynasty, Chinese immigration to the United States, and the history of Chinese maritime explorations. His previous books are The Chinese Experience in America (Bloomington: Indiana University Press, 1986) and The Eunuchs in the Ming Dynasty (Albany: State University of New York Press, 1996).
