Victoria Armour-Hileman was born in New York City. She has been a Maryknoll Society lay missioner since 1988 and has served in Hong Kong, Thailand, and the United States. While working in Thailand, she provided refugee workers with information and support, and served as a case worker for the Burmese at the Immigration Detention Center.
